Non Sequitur Saturday

My husband and I have changed our diet to include a lot less carbs then before. I have been craving cake and cookie like textures for the past couple of days, so I’ve been trying my hand at different recipes. This one was probably the easiest that I’ve tried so far, and the only thing I would change is the sweetener that I used. It called for Splenda, but I only had Stevia.
